Halcyon Hot Springs Resort
The New Year is a time for reflection, resolutions, and turning over a new leaf. At Namaste Yoga & Wellness Centre we want to encourage meditation in all its forms, which is why we are delighted to be offering our Meditation Retreat again at Halcyon Hot Springs Resort
This retreat is the perfect blend of meditation, time for self, incredible food, and ancient healing waters. For meditation newbies, this retreat is a great way to learn new techniques and develop a foundation of practice to take home. While seasoned practitioners can go deeper and strengthen their practice reaching higher levels of samadhi and awakening, retreat also brings participants closer to their sangha, their community, giving a group feel to an otherwise solitary activity.
Explore the brilliant things that happen in a calm mind. Learn the ancient yogic wisdom of meditation to find greater inner peace, joy, and happiness in your life.
