Sarah-Anne is an Ojibwe/Metis Woman and Mother who has been a part of the wellness industry for over a decade. Her passion for health and wellness, as well as her history as a competitive athlete, guided her towards a career as a Massage Therapist. Her interest in the modality was to help others strengthen their relationship with their body and discover a life without physical pain. That same interest is what drew her to yoga. What began as a physical practice on her mat, soon grew into a spiritual one, which drew her to taking her yoga teacher training to strengthen her own practice and to help others on their own yoga journey. She is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and in 2019 travelled to Bali to train in Yoga Nidra. 

When she isn’t on her mat, she is spending her time raising her toddler son, hiking, cycling, painting and advocating for her culture and people as an Indigenous Woman.

Gentle Yoga:

These accessible classes focus on unwinding tension, increasing mobility and strengthening the connection between mind, body and soul. Each class will include a gentle flow, components of yin yoga and finish with a short yoga Nidra meditation.
